The National Stock Exchange of Australia, Australia's second largest listing market is pleased to welcome Nanopac Innovation Limited (NSX: NNO) to the NSX official list. Trading commenced today, 23rd July 2014.

The Nanopac Group commences business in 2001 and is engaged in research and development, manufacture, distribution and servicing of nanotechnology materials and products from bases in Malaysia and Korea. Nanopac is now moving to establish production facilities for its new Nano Solar Cell. Nanopac Innovation was recently established as the parent of the Nanopac Group of Companies.

NanoMalaysia, Nanopac Partner to Develop and Commercialise Solar Power Panel

 

KUALA LUMPUR, November  23, 2020 -  NanoMalaysia Bhd and Nanopac (M) Sdn Bhd (NSB) have signed a joint venture (JV) agreement to develop and commercialise a solar power panel game-changer, the Nano Light Energy Panel (NLEP).

 

NanoMalaysia and NSB will form a JV company - Nanopac Innovation Sdn Bhd whereby NSB will hold a 60 per cent stake while NanoMalaysia will take up the balance of 40 per cent in the newly established company.

 

NSB chief executive officer Datuk Dr Cheng Kok Leong said the NLEP is a revolutionary and disruptive product that will not only rival fossil fuels when it comes to powering and elevating industries, but it has also managed to overcome drawbacks that solar panels face.

 

"We received over US$400,000 worth of orders from China and Thailand in the pre-commercialisation stage. Based on this demand, we project an initial sales forecast of approximately RM1.5 million over a 3-year period, beginning from 2021.
